#1 Working from home and struggling to establish boundaries? 

Try and keep things as normal as possible, stick to your routine. 

  • Start by putting some clothes on.
  • Create a dedicated work space. 
  • Set your working hours and stick to them. 
  • Take a lunch break as normal. 
  • Create a work ritual that you stick to every day. 
  • Say NO, just because you are working from home does not mean that you are no longer working, stick to your normal hours and keep all the other things for after hours, as normal.
