Looking after your own mental and physical health: The prevention of COVID-19

We are all doing the best we can to keep life as close to “normal” as we possibly can. Below are some good tips to keep in mind while we are living life in isolation, and trying to stay fit and healthy.

-Eat healthy fresh foods for as long as possible, to build up your immune system.
Try not to sit for too long in the same position.
-Take a small break every 30 minutes.
-Limit your intake of alcohol and drinks containing a lot of sugar.
-Try a home workout.
-Keep learning, use the internet to your advantage!
