Note to self- Remember to check in on yourself:
The world’s attention is on the COVID-19 Pandemic, and with that some a lot of stress and anxiety, and with this mental health could be taking a knock, we are so worried and distracted about everyone and the future, that we forget to check on ourselves.
You are just as important as anyone out there, and to remain strong and healthy your mental health too needs to be strong and healthy. Mental health is a part of us all, and can be a subject often dismissed or shied away from and sometimes we may need some help, everyone is different.
Remember to check in on yourself and take time to focus on yourself and your own mental health!
