Direct Data – Terms & Conditions

Data brought to you by a Vodacom and Africa Direct initiative. Serving the people who serve us all. Let us give you some more information before you go ahead and apply for either the Single Deal or Family Deal as advertised.

Delivery

Delivery will take place within 7-10 working days between Monday and Friday, no weekend or public holidays. You must be available for delivery as no 3rd party deliveries are permitted, and you will need proof of ID to receive delivery.

Activation

Your line will be automatically activated within 24 to 48 hours of successful delivery. To ensure activation, you will need to insert the sim card into the phone or the router. If the sim is for your phone / leave the phone off for a period of 5 hours to allow activation to go through. If your line is not activating, kindly contact the Activations Team on 0821945 (free call from a Vodacom SIM).

Peace of Mind

Should you find that your new data card and/or modem is technically faulty within 14 days of delivery, kindly contact the Activations Team on 0821945 (free call from a Vodacom SIM to arrange for a replacement.

Cancellations

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of delivery, kindly contact the Cancellations Team on 0861 91 91 91. We will arrange for collection of your purchase providing. The product is undamaged and in the original packaging. The product is returned as a complete sales unit including all accessories and other promotional items if any.
